My dear Dad ’s pride was his lawn and he fought a long conflict against fairy ring . It have several twelvemonth and the aid of GreenThumb to magic those fairies away for good . A most apt illustration below . Is it by Margaret Tarrant ?
We have fagot ring up at our bungalow . I ’ve consider about adding stones around them and some other “ fag ” decoration . Not sure the married man would appreciate that since he pout that area . 😉
I ’ve hear of sprite rings but have never seen any here . I wonder why fairies dislike California ? Maybe it ’s that they get drunk on dew and there ’s little of that here …

I rather like fairy rings . Bittster just remind me that I used to severalize my kids that there were “ Farm Fairies ” at the bottom of the subject area , and if plaything were n’t tidied up before bedtime , the cheeky farm pansy would filch in and run with them . misfortunate kids … .
