Travel expert Brian Kelly share his best advice for a smooth halt .

Kelly shares the United States Department of State and don’ts of hotel stays , includingtipping etiquette , how to be considerate of other guests , and the estimable ways to communicate with hotel staff about your needs . 1. Always Tip Housekeeping
