A lot of garden in a little over a quarter of an acre
receive to Southampton , New York , where Nan and David Adams are giving us a circuit of their garden .
We have been married for over 50 years and are going strong so far despite COVID ! We love our garden and hope you do too . We have about 10 garden “ venues ” on only 0.38 of an Accho . It is always evolving . We did an addition and intestine renovation of the house in 2015 and of course created another garden area .
The back garden in summer , run over with blossoming perennials .

Hydrangeas(Hydrangea macrophylla , Zones 6–10 ) trace the side puddle garden , along with Paris green genus Hosta . At the other final stage , the hostas are small and change to silvery blue to complement the whiteazaleasin spring .
Looking from the “ croquet ” garden way toward the pool domain and pool theater , you may see ‘ Coral Meidiland ’ rose ( zone 6–10 ) , ‘ Dynamite ’ crape myrtle(Lagerstroemiaindica‘Dynamite ’ , Zones 7–9 ) , ‘ Summer Sun’Heliopsis ( Heliopsishelianthoides‘Summer Sun ’ , Zones 3–9 ) , and dwarf magnolia(Magnolia grandiflora , Zones 7–9 ) .
The garden at one end of the pocket billiards .

The garden at the other remainder of the pool includes double Panthera tigris lilies(Liliumlancifolium‘Flore Pleno ’ , Zones 4–9 ) , white hydrangeas(Hydrangea arborescens , Zones 3–9 ) , and purple phlox(Phlox paniculata , zona 4–8 ) .
Here ’s a close feeling at ‘ Leda ’s Lover ’ daylily(Hemerocallis‘Leda ’s Lover ’ , Zones 4–10 ) , David ’ phlox(Phloxpaniculata‘David ’ , Zones 4–8 ) , and liatris(Liatrisspicata , Zones 3–9 ) .
‘ Blue Bird ’ hibiscus(Hibiscussyriacus‘Blue Bird ’ , zone 5–8 ) and redMonarda(Zones 4–9 ) grace the front yard .

This spot to sit down in the garden is flank by crape myrtle and bet on by a neatly sheered hedging .
