Laura Sheets is validation that experience is the good teacher . Well done , Laura !
" My garden is in South Carolina on the ardent side of zone 7B , with fond sunshine and sandy land . I bring in an office , on a computing gadget , for many hours a hebdomad , and I pass as much of my gratuitous prison term as possible in the garden . My ( teenage ) children ’s admirer happen it odd that I ’m never inside . They are always questioning and making input to my children – " How can your mama find so much joy in the back grounds ? " and " I see your mom is out in her natural habitat ! " I was once ask to give a class on shrub , and the organizer ask for a biography . I felt a little inadequate when I saw the horticultural certificate of the other giver – from being a Master Gardener to a doctorate degree . Mine was along the line of , " I ’ve killed a raft of plants over the old age … " I have finally figured out what produce well for me , but I ’m not done experimenting ! I love Nipponese maples , conifer , hellebores , day lily , hydrangeas , lantana , coleus , and the list die on and on . "
