Joe post in today ’s photos , which sport the beautiful garden of his neighbor Julie and Mike in Baltimore .

The gardens , started 20 twelvemonth ago , were built on a bumpkinly farm - implement stem . Julie and Mike have expend a hatful of prison term look antique shops for the right artifact as well asgarden centersfor the perfect plants to complement their style of horticulture . Julie and Mike are in perfect sync and , like all gardeners , have had plant disappointments but are not deterred . This garden also features lots ofbirdhouses , bird feeders , birdbaths , andplants to attract pollinators . In about a calendar month it will be in full efflorescence with scores ofconeflowers , genus Rudbeckia , etc . , and a broad assortment ofannualsin containers .

you could see that Julie and Mike ’s careful attention to finding the right artefact and art for the garden , combine with careful planting , has paid off !

In the front beds in spring , some blooming are visible here and there in a prelude to thepeak bloomthat will arrive later in the season .
