Hylotelephium’Dream Dazzler ' was discovered by Chris Hansen in 2014 outdoors in a container block in Hudsonville , Michigan , United States , as a branch sport mutation ofHylotelephium’Plum Dazzled ' . It was introduced in 2018 and patented ( PP31227P2 ) in 2019 asSedum’Dream Dazzler ' , part of his registeredSunSparkler ® series .
Hylotelephium’Dream Dazzler ' , formerly known asSedum’Dream Dazzler ' , is a beautiful , compact succulent with stem that do not fall through and bear unique variegated folio . It can reach a height of 9 inch ( 23 cm ) and a spread of 18 inches ( 46 cm ) . The thick , heavy leave-taking are dark purple with hot pink border in full sun , low-cal purple with red-hot pinkish tolerance in part sun , and low - Green River with white and pink margins in tincture conditions . They are elliptical with entire and moderatelyserrulatemargins and can develop up to 1.6 in ( 4 centimeter ) long and 0.8 inches ( 2 curium ) wide .
The dark pinko , star - shaped flowers appear in final clusters from summertime through the end of fall . The foliation snuff it back to the ground in wintertime , and new outgrowth look in spring .
