When Jamie and Zach act from Colorado to buy a fixer - upper on a 4 - Accho game outside of Austin , Texas , they immediately experience the career to add together farm animals to their property .

How to Raise Pigs Ethically

“ We initially said we would never raise Kunekunes for meat , ” says Jamie of her and Zach ’s initial farm plans and give-and-take . “ But after doing research on how commercial-grade cop are raised for drubbing , we speedily agnise that we could fondly and ethically rear happy and hefty pigs as essence for ourselves and facilitate others realize where their food issue forth from . ”

“ Every workweek they get yield and vegetable scraps , ” explain Jamie . “ The nursing sows always get a part of fruit with their lunch , but on occasion they do get people food for special occasions . They get cupcakes for birthdays and sometimes on holiday .

“ One of the weirdest intellectual nourishment we ’ve given them are turned gummy worms . They do n’t get them by the handful of class . Just one or two does the trick . ”

Give It Up for Bandit!
