“ They had already made commitments to buy their plants and exchanged contracts where they are decease to trade their products , so if they have n’t sustain their facility , which was starting from a bit of turf and a green site , then they would have difficulties . It forced us to keep go , which was really effective .

“ Our working practices have had to convert quite radically and we had weekly preparation sessions to reckon at the implications of societal distancing and consider how we could stay sell with various new step put in post . It has been interesting times , but thankfully we have kept going .

“ One of the really interesting things has been how people have interact with each other . More than anything is that have all recognised that we are a community , and by that I mean our provider , our client , our co-worker and our colleagues ’ families .
